By downloading, installing, or using Threely, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Threely. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.
Threely is a local-only task management app designed for people with ADHD. All your data is stored on your device. We do not operate servers, sync data to the cloud, or require account registration. The app includes optional iCloud Key-Value Store backup managed by Apple. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, as the app runs entirely on your device.
Threely offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase, managed via Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. Available plans: Monthly, Yearly (auto-renewable), and Lifetime (one-time purchase). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice. All refund requests must be made through Apple, not Threely.
Threely Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings under Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
All tasks, notes, and data you create in Threely are stored locally on your device. We never see, access, collect, or transmit your content. You retain full ownership of everything you create. You are solely responsible for your content and for maintaining backups of important data.
The Threely app, including its design, code, name, logo, and all related materials, are owned by Oryzen. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app.
You agree to use Threely only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems, distribute malware, reverse engineer the software, or use the app in any way that could damage or impair its functionality.
Threely is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations. We are not responsible for data loss. You should maintain your own backups.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oryzen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
You can stop using Threely at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms. Deleting the app removes all local data. Cancel any active subscriptions through your Apple ID settings before deleting the app.
Threely is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since Threely collects no personal data at all, this applies to all users regardless of age.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app. By continuing to use Threely after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
